The Minimalist Nutritionist

I am a Canadian registered dietitian practicing in Edmonton, AB. As a minimalist, I view that less is more. ‘Live Simply‘ is my mantra and I follow it in all things including my approach to nutrition and the foods I nourish my body with.

As a dietitian, I am well-versed in the many reasons why people struggle to eat a healthy diet. Simplifying eating has benefits for those with limited time, a lack of confidence in the kitchen, limited money or confusion about what to eat. Through this blog I hope to give you inspiration that eating well does not have to be fancy, expensive or confusing – it can be simple!
